RIP my bracket. All of my Final Four picks reached the Elite Eight, and then...one survived. Granted, the team that survived is the team I have winning (UCLA), but still. You broke my heart, Memphis.
Therefore, tomorrow is The Day of Reckoning as far as beating my water polo coach's bracket goes. He has (the long-since-eliminated) Texas winning, and yet somehow he's outscoring me. If Florida wins, his bracket pwns mine; if UCLA wins, my bracket pwns his. As if the prospect of pwnage weren't excitement enough, we've also wagered on the game: if Florida wins, I watch an episode of Grey's Anatomy with him and buy him dinner; if UCLA wins, he watches Boston Legal with me and buys me dinner.
Needless to say, if Florida wins, dinner will involve a great deal of alcohol.
I'm also in the midst of writing my senior thesis, which is due Tuesday. Ten pages is today's desired output. Yeah, we'll see about that.
