My thought process:
"Man, I really need to get stuff done for Sunday."
thinking along those lines leads to, ten seconds later:
"I should do an Alan icon set."
and
"I wonder if ebay has Scrubs on DVD." (Which it does, but that's not the point)
This would be why I get nothing done.
