Wow. Boston Legal just made practically all of my fanon canon. Much obliged.

The opening scene was so cute. Grumpy!Alan needs to manifest more often. Ah, and there was discussion of Denny's bosom.

Hahahaha, repressed homicidal urges!Brad is canon. Amazing. Sadly, I know nothing about Mannix, so I can't comment on that. And he mistook Italian for Spanish. The guy's hopeless.

I liked Alan paying the homeless guy out of his own pocket (he got a little preachy with Denny, though), but I dearly miss his breaking the law. He hasn't done it once this season. I'm kind of glad Brad and Denise's attempt at it ended in disaster, because it's my firm belief that all lawbreaking should be left to Alan.

Yeah, I'm sleep-deprived. That's about as coherent as I'm gonna get.

Oh, and this post neglected to mention it, but last night Brad cut off three of a priest's fingers with an axe.

Oh. My. God. Surface is my crack. I love cheesey b-movies about killer animals with stereotypical characters and schlocky acting. It's got all of that and it's a tv show! I love it.

What? Why? How? When? Where? That sentence sounds like the first line of a very odd story. Last night Brad cut off three of a priest's fingers with an axe.

It was on during Arrested here, but...I guess the upside to Arrested being cancelled is that I can watch it?

Well, it's a loooong (and odd) story. This kid gets kidnapped by a pedophile and Brad knows some FBI peeps who basically imply he should impersonate an agent since their hands are tied. He and Denise do just that and track down the kidnapper's priest. They arrive with a fake warrant and tell the priest they need to search his office. Priest locks the door. Denise grabs an in-case-of-an-emergency/fire axe, hands it to Brad, and tells him to threaten to chop down the (very expensive) door. Brad not only threatens, but swings when the priest doesn't appear to yield. The priest puts out his hand to stop him and...whoops. Also, the priest's cat runs off with one of the fingers.

I was hoping Arrested would be picked up by another station. I don't want that ride to end!

Yep. That's an odd story. I'm at a loss.

I missed it.

I asked two people to tape it, and well... they didn't.

I totally wrote about them playing tug-of-war in bed before they showed it on the show. I win.

And he paid 75 grand to preserve their friendship. That's more than Wilson paid House!

Just watched it last night, finally.

Good god. That was a great episode. I actually screamed with laughter at the axe part. Also, I sat in MY living room and thought about how happy that show probably made YOU. How weird is that?

Not weird at all. I should be everyone's focus at all times.

I loooved the Alan/Denny stuff (although would it have killed Alan to limit himself to just ONE lecture?). And I liked what Brad and Denise development they had. The screaming just before the commercial break made me cringe, though.

every time i think they can't possibly get any more adorable, they do. that beginning made me more happy than anything.

their love is so canon.
