(no subject)

I'm reading Measure for Measure and I come across a speech (the Duke to Claudio in Act III, for the curious) that seems really familiar.

Five minutes later I realize I had to analyze it on the SAT.

(One day I'll make a post longer than a sentence.)

ETA: And I just got to the Eliot part ("Thou hast nor youth nor age...")

I keep hoping you'll get online for me to say this to, but I am settling for the LJ comment instead.

You MUST know that in this moment I am so totally-beyond-words-tempted to make the private school Paul attended be Adams.

BUT my paul-lusting aside
it was a lovely ep. Yes, I agree that D/S's case was boring (though I am enjoying their dynamic as seen at the end of the ep) and Brad's was high-larious, and ALAN WINS on all cuteness/angst/wibble levels. The man's adorable.

I'm trying to finish a topic response for Alan (story of my life). Hopefully I'll be on once I'm done.

HAHAHA. If Paul told Alan, his reaction would be *bright smile* "Oh, do you know Lester?"

I liked their dynamic at the end of the ep less (which isn't to say I disliked it) because Lori and Shirley had that same dynamic. I did like the scene where Shirley was like "I come bearing work to distract you from your personal problems." Hahahaha, I rewatched and Brad's "apology" to Bev is awesome. "I acted in a manner that some might construe as inappropriate."

Eeee, Alan. <33333. I love his school!angst.
