I saw The Illusionist yesterday. Sadly, GOB was not featured. It was...it passed the time. Beforehand, though, I walked into the theater as the trailer for this was playing. They'd stolen so many scenes/shots from Capote that I assumed it was a parody a la Dracula, Dead and Loving It, but according to imdb it's a drama(!?!?!) They have the guy who voiced Dobby the house elf playing Truman Capote. And James Bond as Perry Smith, which I have to admit is pretty hot. The cast is pretty impressive, but I'm...still very much confused. Did they greenlight this before Capote? Do they think a blatant rip-off is going to make any money?

Anyway. Meme! This one I promise to do in a timely fashion.

You post a topic, list, category, whatever, in my comments section. (examples: "Five Reasons Alan Gives for Living in a Hotel", or "Five Ways Stephen Colbert Envies Chuck Noblet" or "Five Things Alan Doesn't Know Tara Knows About Him"). Then, in a separate post, I'll post the answers to your Top 5 ideas, according to me. Serious or fun!

It's absolutely insane. Sandra Bullock as Harper Lee? (Somehow I didn't get that during the preview.) And the imdb boards are, as always, entertaining. Observe: well, this movie makes capote look even more like a flamer....does anyone honestly think he showed up to a small town press conference in drag??

Five reasons Alan gained weight

HAHA, I love you. I'll probably do both, because I'm greedy.
