As was discussed in AIM, if he knew Warren better he'd have a Shirleybot. And the only thing it'd say would be "Denny Crane."

Warren says he's got a lot of time on his hands over here...

Actually, Warren doesn't like to make bots that look like actual people (who are not him), but he could probably make an exception...

He made Kara!bot! Right?

Then we could do an amazing plotline (made even more amazing by the fact that we don't have a Shirley) where Shirley was due in court but somehow indisposed so the bot had to fill in.

Like I said: exceptions. ;) They're usually prompted by money. Or vampires.

He'll have to watch episode after episide of Murphy Brown...

Denny has money. If Denny had access to vampires I'd fear for all humanity.

HAHAHAHAH. My roommate sophomore year was obsessed. She watched it every night with the volume way up so I couldn't sleep. Every night. Which led me to believe she had, like, the whole series on DVD, but it turned out she only had 13 eps and was just watching them over and over.

I MISSED IT AND NOW I WANT TO DIE.

Brilliant ep. Really. The Schmidtho, sweet poor Jerry, Alan's mother... just brilliant.

I loved the Alan stuff at the end in particular.

Also, I'm supposed to pitch a premise for a short film tonight. Talk me out of doing "lawschool-era Alan and Paul pretend to be the Hardy Boys."

I am sort-of-kind-of-settled-in, plagued by a father who won't leave, and no, I have not yet caught the ep. Am looking for a torrent now. Will also be gone the weekend to do more sort-of-related-to-moving things.

Sigh.
