I like it, I guess it's not really a procedural lawyer show like the Law and Orders, and not really a dramedy lawyer show like BL, but it's not bad to watch. I like the character Kalinda, she's the right amount of sleazy.
Someday when I have time after Grad School's done for the year I'd love to write a that firm v CP&S fic. It could happen...

Unfortunately, it's the kind of show that has one huge plot arc per season, so it might be difficult to jump right in. (Also difficult to catch up on, since neither Hulu nor FX's site offer full episodes. You'd have to get them through itunes or *cough* other channels.)
