Resolved: Brad Chase is a loser.

Ooooh, numbered points. Do those show strength of character? Or just dispense with transitions.

1. Hahaha, okay. First episode, the woman whose husband wants the kids, blah blah blah was Brad's client. Working within the very narrow framework he imposes on himself, Brad couldn't resolve the situation favorably. Alan, on the other hand, could, and with relative ease.

2. I didn't say he wasn't courageous, but he can't be both courageous and intelligent. It hardly ever works that way. Furthermore, courage doesn't necessarily make one less of a loser.

3. If only he could muster a facial expression of any kind.

4. Those are all inferred. There's no direct evidence that he's at all intelligent. Hahahaha, who placed him at the top of the field? Certainly wasn't me. And cheating, as I'm sure you're aware, requires vast knowledge of the rules.

5. Not when the pitch is high enough to shatter glass.

6. I maintain that Lori won that case. She probably prepared the questions for him. And Alan won the sexual harassment case--just for a lesser amount than Christine's offer--lost the pharmaceutical case on purpose and...bleh, I'm sick and can't remember what happened with the slum lord case.

Hahahaha, I'm sure more will be said. I look forward to it.

Miss Hornypenny cannot understand why there seems to be so much hatred for Brad. From where I stand (actually, in this case, on all fours), you can go back and forth all you want and it will be fruitless. Miss Hornypenny has better things to do with her time, as does Brad. Besides, Brad will be too busy tending to my needs and the lot of you can debate your all you friggin' want. Ta-ta and tally ho!
