Ok, regardless of how utterly spork-worthy this thing is, the bad guy is named MADDOX. I keep picturing him as a pirate and snickering...

The mind reels. I think I'll write Stephen/Bloom just to remind myself what intellectual pursuits are like No, wait. I'll write a paper on group identification and intergroup conflict! Excellent!

This has been a cry for help. Now back to your regularly scheduled programming.

Oh, and GIP. From [livejournal.com profile] cruelest_month

EDIT: Ha! The stupid Mary Sue almost killed herself while showing off. Dumbass. Plus, her name is Kim and I keep picturing Kimberly Bauer. And Dorian's kid is named Tristan and I keep picturing my TA...

*sigh* I love writing for The Practice. Shorefic, written purely for my own benefit.

For this week's [livejournal.com profile] 15minuteficlets. My first. I guess I'll put the word at the end of the story.

Movie trivia night!

We lost the first game and won the second. We got a $50 gift certificate to a cafe, but considering I've never heard of the cafe or the people on my team, I didn't really profit by it. It was fun, if only because I was the only one who could answer the "identify the actor by the characters he's played" questions. Sid Hudgins=Danny DeVito, baby!

There were several people playing who'd never heard of Paul Newman. Or Richard Burton. My house dean and I rolled our eyes at each other constantly.

Plus, they said The Sting took place in LA. That hurt.

Overall, it was good times.

[Poll #216307]

And if I could edit this poll, I would add as an option "The fact that I misspelled 'immensely,' quite possibly just because it looks closer to 'Wesley' when misspelled."
