Brad=Dead Man

Well, I don't know how much of this Sammi wants me to share, so I'm just going to go over the semi-amusing parts of the evening. First of all, Brad, you're in big trouble. You didn't come over and you didn't even call. We were having a crisis! There was a lot of anger, tempers were short (no, Sammi and I were not fighting. Not with each other, at least). The least you could've done was called!

Meanwhile, Sammi was schooled by the original game of Life. There was one space that said "a tornado blows you back to the start." She landed on it five times in a row. I am not exaggerating. She ended up forfeiting because she had almost no money and I was making a shitload because I was a compulsive gambler.

So, yeah. It's all your fault. I might withold Oz tapes because of this. And I'm almost done with season 4. So there.

But I'm glad you're reading Dorian Gray. You don't like anyone in it? Can you not stand the book then?

In happier news, I made more Giles mood icons so it won't be the same two icons on the bottom of the screen all the time.

I'm doing nothing today, so maybe I'll get something accomplished at some point.

Tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow

I thought this was going to be the post pimping out Confessions of a Dangerous Mind because it was due out on video tomorrow. No can do. It comes out the 9th of September. I guess it is getting rereleased in August. Curses. It comes out after Chicago, damn it.

But I can look forward to the arrival of my laptop (with no software on it, but a laptop nonetheless) soon. People on my mailing list have reported receiving theirs. It's about time.

And I'm going to see LXG in its entirety tomorrow. It's not even worth explaining, except to say: Dorian. I don't think anyone has ever walked out of a movie and then gone to see it again.

On the other hand, it's not the worst movie ever. Detroit Rock City is.
