Sep. 22nd, 2005 09:01 pmYes, periodically I like to reward my loyal readers for putting up with my crap.
First of all,
dien made my life by drawing this absolutely gorgeous Alan Shore/Paul Smecker (R-rated). Eeeee. I have now taken it upon myself to write accompanying dialogue.
Onto free music:
Stars-Your Ex-Lover is Dead
For some reason, when I first downloaded this it automatically started playing on my computer (which never happens because I accidentally clicked the wrong box long ago and far away) and it was the most amazing thing ever. Then, to follow:
Stars-One More Night (Your Ex-Lover Remains Dead)
Guh. I almost like this one better.
Iron & Wine and Calexico-History of Lovers
Ad Frank & The Fast Easy Women-The World's Best Ex-Boyfriend
Alan song. Of course.
Snow Patrol-Wow
And for the sake of amusement
Guided By Voices-Baba O'Riley
I actually like this more than the original. Especially "We start...with some power chords!"
