So, I got my (tentative) schedule for the spring. It makes me laugh.
Mon.
12-1 Reading Film (This is good. It's a required course for a film minor or major and I thought I might have trouble getting into it.)
2-3 Future Noir (This is run by the guy who heads my college house, and he's cool and smart and looks kinda like Dennis Quaid. Should be a good class.)
Tues.
1:30-3 Freud (Hopefully this will be as fun as it sounded when I signed up.)
4-7 Film/Video (So glad to be taking a technical class about film.)
Wed.
12-1 Reading Film
2-3 Future Noir
5-7:30 Reading Film (screening)
Thurs.
1:30-3 Freud
6-9 Mysteries in Film
Fri.

Well, the good part about all this is I got a lot of courses I wanted and it seems like a pretty good schedule. The bad part is that all my classes have one hour intervals between them, and I still can't get classes that start before noon, which means my day isn't over until 7 a lot of the time. Also, I really wanted to take the Finnegans Wake class. I guess I could just show up, but...meh. Seriously, though. Film overload, almost. Plus, there's bound to be some overlap between Future Noir and Mysteries in Film. Not that I particularly care.
