Jan. 11th, 2004 03:59 pmIt has come to my attention that I update Alan's journal more often than my own. Or at least he posts more than I do. So...
I just arrived back at school. I still haven't unpacked because my roommate (she of the room twice the size of mine) offered to switch rooms with me. I have, however, discovered that my DVD player went on the fritz somehow. I only get half the sound and the display doesn't work. Huh.
The plane ride wasn't bad. Instead of being full of Packers fans it was full of Eagles fans, and the captain made the intelligent decision to annouce "Go Packers!" into the intercom after we'd landed. Mass rioting ensued. I sat next to a guy who laughed hysterically at the clips of Friends they were showing, but then I was laughing at Homicide, so it was all good. "Last of the Watermen" was a very appropriate episode to watch on the way back. And Pembleton at the end of "Crosetti"? Aww.
In other news, my family somehow absconded with all my socks. I have one pair.
Why am I more bored here than I was in Lake Bluff? Probably because I have no car and I don't want to go downtown.
Six hours until The Practice...I'm going to buy a new blank tape to mark the occasion and--get this--actually label it.
