icons and credits are all here. Most of the coolest ones I got for other people, but this one is mine.
and I'm really trying to decide I don't want to know what Bayliss/hot water pipe means in your interests. but if you like Homicide, you should join eromitlab.
Re: TM, I'm working a lot of storylines right now, but at some point would love for Alan & the Immortal to have a black-magic flavored adventure. wouldn't have to worry about canon-busting, b/c Todd could always mindwipe him when it was done.
i don't know why I always want to think these two have something in common. . .
seriously, I used to write Bayliss-fic, long ago, and then when I started writing mostly Wes-fic, I realized I'd given him essentially the same backstory, only with more vampires.
we want to get that comm off the ground running, once we have a few members, so we're trying to think of stuff that will generate a lot of interest. possibly a fic/graphics-thon, or an episode-by-episode discussion thread. which DVDs do you have?
I'd never even thought of that...Wesley was my favorite character on Angel, but Bayliss didn't click with me as much. I always liked Pembleton better. Unfortunately, liking Pembleton doesn't translate into being able to write him. And Felton. I love me some Felton.
I've got seasons 1-3. One day I will actually finish watching 3 and then go buy four.
I think my only HLOTS fic that survives is a Felton/Russert pre-series. It's on my ff.net page (and actually, it's not a pairing, but sorta pre-tension.)
definitely join the comm; smashsc is a huge Felton fan too. he was just the best.
you and I have scary things in common, dude.
need to log off and do real work, but we'll talk more. i'll try to think of an inspiration for a Shore/Immortal road trip. maybe it could involve Harmony (my other pup).
I'm telling you that so you can know that I went to trouble to haul my laptop across the apartment, plug it in, call up my slow dialup, etc, just so I could share this inspiration. . .
do you think Alan would hire Harmony? she's gonna be in Boston needing a job, and she's kind of nervous about going back to W&H. She could come in with a doctor's note about a sunlight allergy, citing relevant provisions in the ADA.
Hmmm...well, he might if he could, but he's basically just used up all his hiring power in hiring a new assistant for himself. She probably wouldn't last there very long, but we could try to pull one over on Brad...
i should say, can Harmony TRY to get a job with Alan ;). she's still ensconced in California for the foreseeable future, anyway, but we're eventually moving her hear so that she and Kara can wreak havoc.
and you're going to make me start watching Alan's Damn Show, you know! and by May, I'm going to need more David Kelley detox, but. . .
And because what I have to say is so important that I should add another comment...I think that's why he was angry. The "I did this and there's no way of getting around it."
Also...I'm starting to wonder if it wasn't the money that convinced him not to quit so much as the "you'll be missed for all of five minutes" remark. Well, as I'm typing this I'm becoming reasonably certain.
