Yeah, I was going to remark on that but I didn't want to spoil anyone.
You know someone's going to die when they're in a book titled Harry Potter and the Something-or-Other yet their character is being developed more than Harry's.
It's the end of the summer, practically. HP came out over a month ago. I figure if they haven't read it by now, I'm not friends with them anyway, and so I don't have to worry about pissing them off.
I see where you're coming from, but I still prefer to keep people spoiler free. Sirius was such a great character, and I don't want anyone finding out from me that he dies. Losing a character (or finding out that he dies) has such an emotional impact (on me, at least). I don't want someone to experience that while reading my LJ. I want them to experience it while reading the words JK Rowling wrote.
OK, I'll step off my soap box now. I'm probably taking this too...umm...seriously.
Well... there's no proof he's dead for that sorta thing... He fell into a door that just happens to lead into the realm of death. Doesn't mean he is...

Date: 2003-07-30 02:26 am (UTC)I was devastated when she decided to kill off Sirius. It just seemed so unfair. Harry and him were starting to bond, y'know?
Oh, sadness.
