What a way to start my day

I wake up and my leg is numb. It's all knotted and shit. I guess. I'm not sure, since I never get cramps. So I massage it a little and then try to walk. Big mistake. I limp around my room and stagger back into bed.

Hmmm...the thing is, I don't know why this happened. DDR is the only thing I can think of.

There's no way I can work like this. At all.

Maybe my mom will know what to do. She is, after all, a PE major.
