Hmm. I've been pretty productive today, probably because there are no longer any movies out that I particularly want to see. Picked up presents for my dad and one of my sisters (I know she'll love hers) along with a hardcover copy of Gatsby. Stopped by Starbucks and talked to the manager, so she'll add me to the schedule soon. Oh, I have to get my other sister something PotC related off ebay. Better go do that.

By the way, following ume_yuki's example, could you guys each rec me a movie (or two, or three, or four)? I really like noir, in case you need a specific genre, but anything works.

Arsenic and Old Lace is one of the funniest things I've ever seen, if you haven't seen it already.

The Bad Seed's extremely good.

Rat Race, more recent and quite funny.

The Mothman Prophecies. Creepy, if not extremely so. Richard Gere is...pretty good in it, but the script saves it from anything the actors could do anyway.

Autumn in New York, which isn't that great, but is amusing to mock, should you want something for that.

This is really sad, but of the movies you recommended, I've seen both Richard Gere ones and none of the others.
